Canvas "Whoops" Something went Wrong on our End MessageIf your Canvas Student App is loading either a "Whoops!" message or "Something went wrong on our end", here are some troubleshooting steps.
Step 1: Hold down the lock button and home button of the iPad to do a hard reset.
If the problem still persists-
Step 2:  Go to Self Service and press Reinstall on the Canvas Student App. This will update the app as needed.
If the problem still persists-
Step 3: Hold the Canvas Student App until it gives you the following screen, then select Delete App.
Select Delete App for Canvas
Select Delete the Student App.
Open Self Service and Search for Canvas. Select Reinstall for Canvas.

Select Find my School and search for Stephenville ISD.
The username and password are your usual SISD credentials.
School Name Stephenville ISD and login window
If the problem still occurs, go to and login with your usual SISD credentials.
