Canvas Student App "Whoops" or "Something Went Wrong on Our End"

Step 1: Hold down the lock button and home button of the iPad to do a hard reset.
If the problem still persists-
Step 2: Go to Self Service and press Reinstall on the Canvas Student App. This will update the app as needed.
If the problem still persists-
Step 3: Hold the Canvas Student App until it gives you the following screen, then select Delete App.
Select Delete the Student App.
Open Self Service and Search for Canvas. Select Reinstall for Canvas.
Select Find my School and search for Stephenville ISD.
The username and password are your usual SISD credentials.

If the problem still occurs, go to canvas.sville.us and login with your usual SISD credentials.
