Request must be submitted in writing to the Superintendent no later thatn 10 working days after the teacher's receipt of their Observation Summary Report. The Superintendent will then appoint a 2nd appraiser from the list of district certified appraisers. For purposes of the
Summative Annual Appraisal Report, the teacher’s domain scores from the 1st and 2nd observations will be averaged.
