New & Returning Student Enrollment Instructions for Stephenville ISD

Enrolling for 2025-26 School Year

Central Elementary Registration: (EE, Pre-K, Kindergarten) OPEN APRIL 14,2025

All Other grades and campuses: OPENS APRIL 28,2025

New Student Enrollment

New Student enrollment is ONLINE:

1. If you are a new parent/guardian, you need to create a new Skyward account.

2. Login to Skyward at: Stephenville ISD and click on New Student Enrollment on the homepage or CLICK HERE FOR NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT. Then input all your information to create your new Skyward account. The image below is what your screen will look like when you choose New Student Enrollment.

3. For each new student, you will need to complete a NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT online at Stephenville ISD.

4. All required documents can be uploaded on the new student enrollment form or brought in-person to the school where you are registering your child. Forms needed (birth certificate, social security card and shot records along with one proof of residency utility bill showing service to home) and a parent driver's license.

Documents for Residency and Address Verification

All new students must provide proof of residency. Enrollment will not be complete without this.

Stephenville ISD will accept one of the following documents to verify address and residency within the district:

- Utility statement (including electric, water, natural gas) or lease agreement dated within 30 days of the date of application.
- Affidavit for Proof of Residency - (can be found at your child’s campus - must be completed and returned to the school).

IF you do not have proof of residency in your name then you will need to fill out an Affidavit for Proof of Residency form and attach a copy of a utility statement of the person you and the student reside with.

All documents must contain the name of the individual with whom the student resides. SISD must keep a copy of the document provided on file.

Returning Student Enrollment

Returning Student Enrollment is ONLINE:

1. If you are a returning parent/guardian, go to Stephenville ISD and click on Returning Student Enrollment on the homepage or CLICK HERE FOR RETURNING STUDENT ENROLLMENT. The image below is what your screen will look like when you choose Returning Student Enrollment.

2. Then login using your username and password, that you have previously set-up.

3. Then you will update the information for each of your students in skyward.

4. When you have completed your enrollment then click complete registration.
