this video will go over how to make a quake answer key quick answer keys are utilized for any test that you've made outside of eduphoria aware to get started you will log into your Edge account and go to where once you are in a where you will go to the assessment add the teacher you have two options under the assessment options to create a new teacher test or create a new test you all will be dicing the create a new test so if you will click on create a new test and you will be utilizing the create a quick text Keith for creating those quick answer keys like next and then you will put the title Miracast you were then as select your grade level the start date and end date when that test will be available to you to be able to print out answer document so cast those start and end dates and then under test Tides you will actually have to I'm in my demo site so I have more but you will have your common an individual teacher test what test this will fall under and make that selection and then you look like next then you will open your course and this will associate the SE with the grade level in subject area you choose then hit next here is where you'll enter a number of questions now one thing here this does not do numerics I will show you where you will build numeric are credible and also any rubric ones that are like teacher graded this is just for your multiple choice so when looking at your chat text on your put the number of questions that you have that are multiple choice and then I by default the selection for you want to keep it that find selection of four click next and then in here you'll just go ahead and make your selections for your answers Name clicknet and it says you're done but you're not truly done until you come down here and click finish and once you finish this will look similar to like you're building a test you can see here that you can make any corrections like I know I paid for 3 so let me go ahead and change that to 4th grade I'm so you can go down here and make any selection I'm if you do make me change as make sure you hit save in the curriculum tab you do not need to say anything unless you want to add more at the East like for instance science if you have a comprehensive test about that includes 3rd and 4th grade tax if you're building a fifth grade then you could add your as he's in here questions here this is what it looks like you'll see it it's new blank questions cuz you've just built the key but you're going to have to associate those SE so you can run arts on this cast so if you have her over a question you will see there's a edit button with a pencil you will you will go to set standard Tab and select your standard and then you will go down here and pick your standards know the green with the p or the process standard and then the blue are your supporting standards and then the red colored is your Readiness so you can come and pick that Essie that goes with it now sometimes were tempted just to hit finish but actually we need to select the SD and then hit the select standard once you hit the select Stan where do you see that it is located here you can also do dual codeine so you can select a secondary and Associate that process standard with it and just next select secondary and you will see it here you can also select your reporting category if you have that reporting category information available and then you can hit select so you will see that you have your primary secondary and category all selected and then you can click finish once you click finish you will see it here the only thing you will actually see is that primary SE show up here and the reporting category on the process standard doesn't come up here but it is attached so again have her over your question hit the edit button go to the standards tab take your **** be at the select standard if you have a secondary at like the secondary at Sea and select the secondary Etsy and then if you have category you can and then finish and so you would just go through and make sure that all your questions have as attached to one now if you need to add a numeric or griddable what you will do then once you've entered in and attached all your Etsy you'll come over turn out a question and it will say what type of question would you like to create you're going to select numeric response once you select that it looks very similar what we were doing when we were adding IRS seeds but on this front one for the question this is where you will come and put the cancer then you can come here to options and you can adjust your decimals to make sure your griddable fits that of your grade I'm home and if you allow naked the numbers are using floating decimal point so this is where you can make all those suggest at all those options what come here does standards and do like we just did with the other one and you'll come collect your standard you can select a secondary standards like your reporting category and then once you're done you would just come here and click finish and you will see that you have a credible now you also do this ad a question if you would like to do a constructive response or a rubric type 2 Play Click constructive response this time and then this is where you would answer the question and then you would enter scoring guide are the rubric can you can come over here to options and you can also look at how many rows that you would like or any lines I'm in the misses the score range so that the possible range of points that the student can receive from a 1/2 A4 and then we have our standards where we would associate our standards again so we would hit select standard if we had the category do that as well and if we wanted to add a secondary standard we can do that as well and then just click finish give Associated all your SDS and added a new marriage or rubrics if you need to then I like to just come up here and hit save and then you can follow through by going to campus making sure your campus is selected and then in student you could go in Durango I prefer doing students in selected courses so you can click student and selected courses and then you would just like your course now it would doing this you would make this available to also any other teachers that are you lies in this test as well for their so if you do that selected course is that means anyone that is any student that is in this math 4th can send a text I administer to on on so it's great for if you are a team and you are just building the quick answer and then you're making that available for all the other teachers to grab their students and in minutes for that test went so if you make any collection you hear what you will need to to be able to print out your answer document or at and also if you're utilizing the online be able to Minister that clicks 8 so make sure selections you click save then you'll go to the administrator ministration tab and this is where you're allowed teachers to print your the answer sheets which is already marked but if you're doing online you want to make sure you enable online test change so it will kind of Flicker and go back down and then you need to also select allow teachers to enable online testing and then we'll save and then once you're done you just come over here and you'll quick active so then not text now active so when you go to your analyze tap you will see the test available and you'll click on Ted's available and this is where it will either enable you do online testing or print out those answer document so you'll go to school at 7:20 individual tested that I chose and then here is my chat so this is where you would see all of your periods to print your answer documents you can go ahead and select all of your classes click print answer sheets the print answer sheets will open up in a PDF file and this is all of your students you can see that their names are all on each of the pages with their own answer documents you can see can you marroqui belt you can also see the rubric our teacher answered one so what you would do is just come in here and click print then if you decided to do online testing then you would and of course you would just do the bubble only selection for the online resting since it's a quick answer key you adjust electric why and then click Start online testing and then you would have the URL and then you would just click Start and then when you're done with administering the online test to that particular class you just click back on turn online testing in Click stop so this is a quick video on how to build those quick answer keys
